What we build

Third-Party Integration: what we build

SaaS tools, shipping, messaging and identity providers connected to your software. Here are the six kinds of API integration services work we are asked for most often.

Integration categories

The integrations we build most often, and what can go wrong

Every external service fails sometimes. Designing for those failures is what separates a reliable integration from a fragile one.

Category Common providers What we design for
Messaging Twilio, WhatsApp Business Platform, SendGrid Delivery failures, opt-outs and message templates
Maps and location Google Maps Platform, Mapbox, HERE Usage limits, caching and offline fallbacks
Shipping Couriers and shipping aggregators Different label formats and tracking events
Identity Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, Google, Apple sign-in Token expiry, account linking and security
E-signature DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign Status callbacks and document storage
SaaS tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack API limits, data mapping and two-way sync

Straight answers

Is Third-Party Integration right for you?

We would rather recommend less than sell you more. Here is how we judge it.

A good fit when

  • Your product needs messaging, maps, shipping or sign-in
  • An existing integration is unreliable
  • You want to switch providers without rewriting your app
  • SaaS tools need to share data with your software
  • Your own internal systems need to share data

    See API & System Integration.

  • You need to build an API for others

    See API Development.

  • A no-code connector covers it

Simple one-way syncs may be fine with a no-code tool.

FAQ

Third-Party Integration FAQ

What is a third-party integration?

A third-party integration connects your software to a service run by another company, such as a messaging, maps, shipping or sign-in provider, usually through that provider's API, SDK or webhooks.

How do you make third-party integrations reliable?

We add timeouts, retries with backoff, queues for failed requests, idempotency to prevent duplicates, and monitoring with alerts, so provider problems are handled and visible.

Can we switch providers later?

Yes, if the integration is designed for it. We put each provider behind your own interface, so changing provider means writing a new adapter rather than changing your whole application.

Can you integrate WhatsApp into our software?

Yes. We integrate the WhatsApp Business Platform for notifications and two-way conversations, including message templates and opt-in handling.

Do you handle API limits from providers?

Yes. We design around provider limits with caching, batching and queuing, and monitor usage so limits are not hit unexpectedly.

What is the difference between third-party integration and system integration?

Third-party integration connects your software to external services from other companies. System integration connects your own internal systems, such as ERP, CRM and warehouse systems, so they share data.
