Our services

14 Cloud, DevOps & Enterprise Integration services

We design cloud environments on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, automate how software is built and released, and connect enterprise systems so data moves without manual re-entry. The goal is simple: releases that are routine, and systems that stay up.

DevOps maturity

Where is your delivery pipeline today?

Most teams sit somewhere on this ladder. We assess where you are and move you up one rung at a time, because jumping straight to Kubernetes rarely fixes a manual release process.

  1. Level 1Manual

Signs: Deploys done by hand, often by one person; no staging that matches production.

What we add next: Version control hygiene, scripted builds, a staging environment.

  2. Level 2Scripted

Signs: Builds are scripted but tests and approvals are manual; releases are stressful events.

What we add next: CI pipeline with automated tests on every commit.

  3. Level 3Automated

Signs: CI/CD deploys on approval; environments are mostly repeatable.

What we add next: Infrastructure as code, blue-green or canary releases, one-click rollback.

  4. Level 4Observable

Signs: Releases are routine; issues are found by monitoring, not customers.

What we add next: SLOs, alerting, autoscaling, incident runbooks and capacity tuning.

How we deliver

How we deliver Cloud, DevOps & Enterprise Integration

Five steps, adapted to this kind of work, with working software or a tested prototype shown at every stage.

  1. 01

    Assess

Review architecture, pipelines, environments and pain points.

  2. 02

    Design

Target architecture, security model and infrastructure as code.

  3. 03

    Automate

CI/CD, environments on demand, automated testing gates.

  4. 04

    Migrate & integrate

Move workloads and connect systems in planned waves.

  5. 05

    Operate

Monitoring, alerting, patching and continuous improvement.

Straight answers

When this is the right call, and when it is not

We would rather recommend less than sell you more. Here is how we judge it.

A good fit when

Teams whose releases are slow or risky, companies moving workloads to the cloud, and enterprises with systems that do not talk to each other.

  • Automated CI/CD with rollback built in
  • Infrastructure defined as code and reproducible
  • Salesforce, ERP and custom apps sharing one source of truth
  • You do not need Kubernetes yet

For a handful of services and steady traffic, managed platforms such as App Service, Cloud Run or ECS are simpler to run. We recommend Kubernetes when scale and team size justify it.

  • Microservices will not fix a messy monolith

Splitting a system before its boundaries are clear multiplies problems. We often recommend a well-structured modular monolith first.

  • Lift-and-shift is not a strategy on its own

Moving servers unchanged to the cloud can be a sensible first step, but the benefits come from what you modernise afterwards. We plan both.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Cloud, DevOps & Enterprise Integration

What cloud and DevOps services does O Clock Software offer?

O Clock Software offers 14 cloud, DevOps and enterprise integration services across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. They are cloud services and management, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud services, cloud migration, DevOps, CI/CD implementation, infrastructure automation, Docker and Kubernetes, microservices development, enterprise integration, Salesforce integration and API integration.

Which cloud should we choose: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?

Choose the cloud that fits your existing systems and skills: Azure suits organisations already on Microsoft 365 and .NET, AWS offers the broadest service range, and Google Cloud is strong for data and analytics. All three run business applications well, so we recommend after reviewing your stack and team.

Can you migrate our applications to the cloud without downtime?

In most cases, yes. We migrate in planned waves, replicate data ahead of cutover, test each wave in a production-like environment and keep a rollback path, so each cutover is a short, scheduled window rather than an outage.

What is CI/CD and why does it matter?

CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) automatically builds, tests and deploys every code change through a pipeline. It makes releases smaller, more frequent and less risky, and it catches defects minutes after they are introduced instead of weeks later.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not always. Kubernetes suits many services, variable traffic and teams able to operate it; smaller systems often run better on managed services such as AWS ECS, Azure App Service or Google Cloud Run. We recommend the simplest platform that meets your scale.

Can you integrate Salesforce with our ERP and other systems?

Yes. We connect Salesforce with ERP, marketing, support and custom applications using Salesforce APIs, middleware and event-driven sync, with field mapping, error handling and monitoring so records stay consistent in both directions.

What is infrastructure as code?

Infrastructure as code means defining servers, networks and cloud services in version-controlled files, using tools such as Terraform, instead of configuring them by hand. Environments become repeatable, reviewable and quick to recreate after a failure.

Do you provide ongoing cloud management?

Yes. Cloud Management covers monitoring, alerting, patching, backups, security updates and capacity tuning, with agreed response times for incidents, so your team can focus on the product rather than the infrastructure.
