What we build

AI Agents & Automation: what we build

Agents that call tools, follow approval rules and finish multi-step tasks. Here are the six kinds of AI agent development work we are asked for most often.

Autonomy levels

How much should your agent do on its own?

We decide autonomy per action, not per agent. Most business agents start at Level 2 and earn Level 3 on specific low-risk actions once their record is proven.

  1. Level 1Assist

What it does: Answers questions and finds information; takes no actions.

Use it for: First deployments and building trust with the team.

  2. Level 2Suggest

What it does: Prepares the action, such as a record update or reply, and a person approves it.

Use it for: Most customer-facing and record-changing work.

  3. Level 3Act within limits

What it does: Carries out pre-approved, low-risk actions on its own and escalates the rest.

Use it for: Routine updates, routing and reminders.

  4. Level 4Act and report

What it does: Runs end to end within strict boundaries and reports what it did.

Use it for: High-volume, reversible, well-tested tasks only.

How we deliver

How we deliver AI Agents & Automation

  1. 01

    Map the process

Steps, decisions, systems and exceptions in the current workflow.

  2. 02

    Define tools and limits

Which actions the agent may take, with what permissions and approvals.

  3. 03

    Build and replay

Test against recorded past cases before touching live data.

  4. 04

    Shadow mode

The agent runs alongside your team, proposing but not acting.

  5. 05

    Go live per action

Autonomy is switched on action by action, with monitoring.

Straight answers

Is AI Agents & Automation right for you?

We would rather recommend less than sell you more. Here is how we judge it.

A good fit when

  • A repetitive process spans several systems
  • There are clear rules for what is allowed
  • Your systems have APIs or another reliable access route
  • You can measure time or effort per case today
  • The steps never change

If the path is always the same, classic workflow automation is simpler and more predictable. See Business Automation.

  • Actions cannot be undone or reviewed

Irreversible, high-impact actions should stay with people, with the agent preparing them.

  • Systems have no access route

Agents need APIs or reliable interfaces. Integration work may need to come first.

FAQ

AI Agents & Automation FAQ

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in a conversation; an AI agent takes actions, such as updating a record, sending a follow-up or creating a case, by calling your tools. Agents therefore need permissions, approval rules and an audit trail that chatbots usually do not.

Are AI agents safe to use with business systems?

They are when autonomy is limited by design. We give agents the minimum permissions they need, require human approval for high-impact actions, log every step, and run them in shadow mode before they act on live data.

Which tasks are best suited to AI agents?

Repetitive tasks that span several systems and need some judgement, such as triaging requests, preparing case files, updating records from documents and chasing follow-ups. Tasks with a fixed path are better served by standard workflow automation.

Can AI agents work with our existing software?

Yes, through APIs, webhooks, database access or, where needed, browser and RPA automation. We start by mapping which systems the agent needs and what access each one allows.

What happens when the agent is unsure?

It hands the case to a person along with the context it has gathered. Confidence thresholds, escalation rules and fallbacks are defined for each action before launch.

How do you measure whether an agent is working?

We track completed cases, the share needing human correction, time per case and escalations, compared with the process before the agent. Every action is logged so any decision can be reviewed.
