What does AI integration involve?

AI integration involves connecting an AI model or tool to your business systems so its output is used inside real workflows. The work covers choosing an integration pattern, building APIs or event flows, mapping data, securing access, handling failures and monitoring results.

Can you integrate AI with Salesforce or our CRM?

Yes. We add AI features such as lead summaries, email drafts, classification and next-step suggestions to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or custom CRMs through their APIs, writing results back to records and respecting permissions.

Is it safe to send our business data to AI models?

It can be, with the right controls. We send only the data each task needs, mask personal data, use enterprise model terms that exclude your data from training, and use self-hosted models when data must stay in your environment.

What happens if the AI service is unavailable?

Integrations are built with time limits, retries, queues and fallbacks, so your core systems keep working. Requests are processed when the service returns, and alerts notify the team.

Can you connect AI tools we already use to our internal data?

Yes. We connect AI tools to internal data through secure connectors or retrieval layers that respect permissions, so the tool can answer from your data without copying it wholesale.

How long does an AI integration take?

It depends on the number of systems and the access they allow. We set the timeline after a short systems review, and the first release is usually a single pattern on one system, which then becomes the template for the rest.
