REST exposes fixed endpoints for each resource, while GraphQL exposes one endpoint where clients request exactly the fields they need. REST is simpler and widely supported; GraphQL suits complex front ends that combine lots of related data.

How do you document APIs?

We define APIs with OpenAPI or GraphQL schemas and publish interactive documentation with examples, authentication guides and change logs, so developers can integrate without asking for help.

How do you version APIs without breaking clients?

We avoid breaking changes where possible, introduce new versions when we must, run old and new versions side by side, and give clients a clear timeline before retiring an old version.

How do you secure an API?

We use OAuth 2.0 or token-based authentication, check permissions on every request, validate inputs, apply throttling, encrypt traffic and log access, then test against the OWASP API Security Top 10.
